Pottery Bearded Iris Tile
Friday, February 18th, 2011I drew this pretty Bearded Iris in pencil back when I was in high school. I have pulled the drawing out over the years and just never could seem to find the right way to use it. Finally I found its purpose! I love how the transparent larkspur purple-blue glaze allowed me to get this watercolor effect on the tile.
