I have been working on a new line of crochet lace wash clothes. 100% cotton, great colors and they are wonderful for use on your face as a light exfoliant, yet soft enough for all around use.

This is my latest needlepoint cuff bracelet design, my iron fritzed out on me yesterday so I have been delayed on the finishing part. I hated that iron any way, so next week when I get back from LA I will start foraging for a new one.

The colors for this design were inspired by a custom order I am finishing for one of my Etsy customers – I love custom orders because they inspire me to get out of my comfort zone and tap into new ideas! So, keep them coming folks.

This would look incredible as a pillow…maybe when work settles back down I will go for it.

About 4 years ago in 2008 I first made this cute little crochet Easter bonnet. I was messing around making hats and made this one without writing my pattern down. I also used a pansy flower design that was not my own. So, fast forward to 2012 and I finally have created the pattern using my original pansy flower design!

As you can see from the comments on this post, I am WAY overdue!

Started this Friday and finished Saturday, crocheted with Dark Olive Hilos La Espiga nylon no.18. I took my favorite leather purse and created a template for me to crochet.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaw! Sold my first crochet necklace on Etsy yesterday, what a wonderful way to start the weekend! Since I am so anal, I made an entire new one to send to the customer. The original really was a prototype and my crochet skills are so much better now than 6 months ago or so when I first made it.

After looking at so many flowers around the prop yesterday, I got inspired to get some bright colored fabric and make a Grandma’s Flower Garden quilt. Not sure how big I will make this or how frustrating the machine piecing may be, but it has been fun to cut the hexagons out and arrange them. Off to get the sewing machine rolling…

It is now three years later and I am no further on this quilt! My love for this pattern inspired me to create this lovely vase with my husband, maybe it will inspire me to finish the quilt!!

I got these great fat quarters yesterday and the colors are perfect for a new pic of this pincushion.

So this is a pattern called Pebbles that I had designed a ways back and now it has transformed itself into my latest cuff bracelet design. I really like this one!
